First rental day	100%
Second and each additional day	50%
Picking up before it plays? Or returning later?	No worries – we’ll work it out.

We’re a small team, which means every order gets a friendly, personalized approach. These are our rules.

We charge by full day, even if you pick up in the morning and return in the evening.
Normally we charge for the full period between pickup and return. But if the gear is unused for a day or two before or after the actual event, we can agree on custom pricing. It depends on the type of equipment and our agreement.
We invoice upon return of the equipment, after a physical check. Payment details and any deposit are always agreed before or during pickup.
Pickup and return must be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise arranged, everything is handled at our warehouse at Husitská 22, Prague 3.
Please return the equipment in clean condition. For excessive dirt (dust, mud, spilled beer, etc.) we may charge a cleaning fee.
In case of loss or damage, we charge for repairs or replacement at real value.
If you won’t be needing your reservation, let us know as early as possible. It gives us a chance to rent the gear to someone else.
